The room at Albergo Sempione was cozy and comfortable, with a telephone and hairdryer which were very handy. The free WiFi was a major plus for me as a guest with physical handicaps, allowing me to stay connected easily.
Personally, I found the hairdryer a bit old-fashioned.

The decor of Albergo Sempione was charming and had a traditional feel, which I absolutely loved. The lobby and common areas were beautifully furnished with vintage furniture and paintings, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also excellent. There were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for us to move around with our luggage and mobility aids.
I wish the children working there could have been more knowledgeable about local attractions and activities suitable for senior people. It would have been helpful to have some guidance on the best places to visit with limited mobility or any senior-friendly tours or excursions available.

The price for the place is absolutely fair. the surroundings are very elegant and you will have all the necessary amenities. the entire facility is old, however everything is clean and you get soap, clean towels, clean sheets, etc. Breakfast is good. There was a bit of everything, which is great for guests with children.
Felt warm, no complaints at all.

The room at Albergo Sempione was cozy and inviting, with a lovely view of the surrounding area. It had everything I needed, including a telephone and a hairdryer. The free WiFi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. As a relaxed traveler, I really enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of the room.
That the bed was a bit too soft for my liking. But hey, that's just my personal preference!

The view of the lake was amazing, offering a beautiful backdrop to our stay. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the town center and providing easy access to restaurants and cafes. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
The breakfast offered tinned fruit and juice instead of fresh options, which was a bit disappointing. The room and bathroom, although clean, were a bit tired looking and could use some updating.

The location is absolutely incredible, right on the lakefront with jaw-dropping views from the rooms' balconies. The hotel is close to the town center, making it super convenient for boat transfers and exploring all the shops, bars, and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the Italian breakfast is delicious. The rooms may have a bit of a funky and artsy decor, but they are comfortable and clean. a mind-blowing stay with all the amenities you need like free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and even a lift. Pets are allowed too! I would definitely return to this fantastic hotel.

I recently had a delightful stay at a charming hotel in Stresa. the hotel, Albergo Sempione, welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. Although the room for the first night was a bit lacking, they assured me that the rest of my stay would be in a better room, and they kept their promise. the new room was incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness was top-notch. I especially loved the bathroom, which was well-equipped and spotless. the breakfast options were quite good, with a reasonable variety of continental choices. I also appreciated the small lift that made it easy to reach the higher floors. the best part was the fantastic view from my room, overlooking the beautiful lake. It was truly a treat to wake up to such a stunning sight every morning. Another great perk was the hotel's convenient location, just across the road from the navigation station for the lake boats.
I didn't have any dislikes about the property 😊.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Stresa for a couple of nights. The hotel's location was excellent, right by the seafront and close to the ferry piers. It was also just a short walk from the town center and there was a fantastic pizzeria right next door. The hotel itself was well-maintained, with clean rooms and a charming old-fashioned vibe. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even preparing a bag breakfast for me when I had to leave early one morning. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
I do recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation options, and the stunning location in front of the lake.
Couldn't fault.

The hotel had a lovely sea view and a great location. the room was big with a spacious bathroom and even had a vanity area. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. the hotel was also a better option compared to the other posh hotels nearby, which had smaller rooms and unhappy guests.
Felt well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful views, comfortable beds, and a helpful front desk staff.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the poor noise insulation and the need for some general repairs in the rooms, they did not significantly detract from my overall experience.

The breakfast was so generous and sunny that I felt like I was having a picnic. The hotel even had a hair salon, in case I needed a new look after all my adventures. And the free Wi-Fi in the lobby saved me from talking to real people.
Who needs a good night's sleep? The walls were so thin that I could really get to know my neighbors intimately, especially at night.
